Hate Mail II
I recieved another piece of hate e-mail today... whoo hoo...
It is in reference to my blog post from September 10th 2005... which in my opinion was just a filler post... nothing special at all, just me ranting on:
Drink Carriers and More
And the hate e-mail:
"I don't know why you cant figure out this shit people, just take it, and get lost!"
What is routine and boring to you may be completely unknown to a particular customer. Might it be possible to say, "Go ahead, please keep the tray"?
If the only feeling you have for your customers is contempt, perhaps you should pursue a different line of work.

David, my unfriend, you are a Dork! Thats right, I am calling you a Whale's Penis. Are you seriously so retarded that you cannot see the hunour in this website? It is intended to give me some stress relief while entertaining you at the same time. Purely for fun. People like you should bend over forward as far as you can and shove your head right up your own ass... since you are so blind to the rest of the word, you should feel right at home in there.

If every person who felt contempt to the general populace were to quite retail service, I can assure you there would be no one to pump your gas, get you the size 9 wide shoe, answer you're retarded questions about why you're computer printer isn't working, or (in this case) serve you food...
The general populace is completely devoid of common sense...
Not partially, not occasionally... completely!
The reason people remain in these jobs are numerous and varied, but I can assure you that the ability to complete tasks quickly and efficiently, the ability to fake hapiness even though you have to put up with more crap than a poop shoveler in an elephant pen, and the ability to keep you're cool when customers seem hell bent at taking out their stress on every minimum wage making cashier that doesn't bend over backwards the lick their balls ranks FAR higher than the ability to not get frustrated and complain about stupid things that customers do in a personal blog...
my mom works as a table scrubber,smoothie maker and other stuff at a resteraunt she has to put up with shit asses every day she says its nothing.
I find her more amazing then the president and all the other ppl like her because it takes a strong person with a controlled temper to do her job and many others like it so appreciation to all that work in retail and resteraunt.
