Order Dividers III
Ok, I can't fucking take this anymore. Splitting up orders in the Drive Thru is rediculous.
Last night I had a new person working the Drive Thru till. So the people in this car give a massive order, maybe $40 worth! Which is cool, I like when its busy. But then these crackhead kids get to the window... "Can you put that into separate orders?" So the girl spent about 4 more minutes sorting that out, then they all paid with debit!!!!!!!
This wasted so much of my time its not even funny, I had to sit there and type in my security code about 15 times to allow the changes! Thats 75 buttons I personally had to press!!! it frustrated the girl and killed her confidence.
I know most people are more organized but these few people ruin it for everyone. Im sorry Neal but this is getting rediculous. Everyone in the car needs to just pay together and sort it out later!
I personally went through a Drive Thru with 3 other people on thursday night at 1 am. We could have split it up but I was driving and I said no chance. We ordered a HUGE order, about $30 worth and we were leaving the place in less than 2 minutes, if we had split it all up it would have taken 5-10 minutes, guaranteed!
So yeah, get your heads out of your asses, friggin Order Dividers!
