The Evil Regime of NCR.

This sort of relates to the last post, not a customer story, just something I need to get off my chest...

NCR (National Cash Register) is a horrible, horrible company.

I dont know how a company so disorganized can be so successful.

Late last year we upgraded our register system. We went from old archaic devices to "state of the art" touch screen registers. Each register is its own computer and each is worth roughly $20 000 (well thats what we paid, they are actually worthless).

So you would THINK these should be tip top, bug free machines.... NO CHANCE. They have so many bugs, limitations, and just plain stupid problems that we were better off with the old registers.

And I am sick of spending endless time on hold with the support line and trying this bullshit and that bullshit. Its such a joke.

and The Debit Machine Tech is separate from the register tech... they always blame eachother.

I implore you, if any of you ever own a business, please, please, please boycott NCR.
